Working Party Weekend 14th/15th November

Just a reminder about the Working Party Weekend. (Lots of jobs to do). Free Lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday then on Saturday Evening we will supply an Evening Meal FREE TO ALL HELPERS AND THEIR SPOUSES. Please put your name up in the club if you are going to help or let Jane know 01654 767048.

Working party is always a very social event and supports the club in many ways.

Jobs suggested for this time

Clean Kitchen, Paint Stair hand rail, tidy up shed, OD Box and Boat Park, take boats with no DYC stickers to compound, etc. etc.

If you fancy any of these or can think of other jobs you have a skill for please come along.

TOPPER TRAVELLER

We have been advised by the International Topper Association that they have CANCELLED the Topper Traveller event due to be held at Dovey Yacht Club on Saturday and Sunday 10/11th October. The ITA felt it was not viable due to lack of interest from their fleet. DYC had got several youngsters signed up for the event, so it is vey unfortuanate for us. We hope we are offered a date earlier in the Season in 2010.
